Meet Bailey…
Our beloved Bailey is more than just a friendly face with big brown eyes that let her get away with pretty much anything – she’s the inspiration behind why we started Bailey+Co. Gentle, infectiously excited and always smiling, she truly brings happiness to our family’s life and we wanted to return the favour. For our fabulous furry pal, we got rid of tasteless, time-consuming pet food and put our heads together to find a meal plan that would keep her healthy and happy for years to come. This is how Bailey+Co was born, and from here we’ve made it our mission to begin feeding happiness to pets all over.
Meet Harvey...
A big cuddly goofball, Harvey is the life of the pawty (probably not surprising considering he was named after Harveys Bristol Cream!). He often leaves our family in stitches as he chases anything that moves and tries to squeeze through the tightest of spaces. He has no idea what ‘personal space’ is and that makes him even more loveable. As a dog that’s always trying to please, we’re thrilled to be bringing Harvey meals that bring him as much happiness as he brings us.
Meet Ari...
Ari thinks he’s human, and he has enough personality to make him so! Smart, cheeky and always up for a good time, this dog knows what he likes and how to get what he wants. With two speeds – 100 km/h or fully flopped, you’ll either find Ari chasing birds or a stick through the park…or curled up on the foot of your bed. This beautiful boy has a sensitive stomach, but a Bailey+Co diet keeps him healthy, well nourished and energetic.
Meet Nico & Milly...
BFFs, cheeky-monkey Nico and Milly the beloved rescue dogs love getting up to a bit of mischief. While Nico enjoys giving a good ol’ sloppy kiss, Milly’s favourite pastime is chasing cats! This dynamic and discerning duo have been dubbed Bailey+Co Chief Taste Testers and we’re yet to find a meal they won’t devour.

Based in New Zealand, we’re a family-owned company specialising in freeze-dried raw pet food and treats manufactured in our own purpose built freeze dried facility. As pet parents ourselves, we understand that providing your pet with a well-balanced, nutrient-rich diet can be time-consuming and complex. With no need to prep our real, healthy and tasty pet meals – Bailey+Co is everything your four-legged friend needs for a balanced, healthy diet.
Designed by vet nutritionists and made with love, our recipes use locally-sourced premium New Zealand farmed meat with added vitamins and minerals. With a focus on natural, 100% raw ingredients, Bailey+Co meals ensure your pet will feel as happy on the inside as they do on the outside.
We also know that life’s not a walk in the park for all animals, so we’re committed to caring for our less-fortunate fur friends. When you choose Bailey+Co you’re choosing to help animals in need. 20% of profits from your purchase will go towards vaccinations, vet care and of course food for shelter and rescue animals.
Our Founders
We’re Mike and Becky founders of Bailey+Co, partners in life, and parents to three adventurous young children (plus a couple of much-loved pets who are just as much part of the family).
Bailey+Co began in our home, a busy, joy-filled place where pets are always underfoot, kids are always on the move, and quality matters in everything we do. Like many pet owners, we wanted better: real, nourishing food we could trust for the animals we love. When we couldn’t find what we were looking for, we set out to create it ourselves.
Outside of Bailey+Co, we’re big believers in keeping life full and grounded. We love surfing and skiing, spending time outdoors, and enjoying the beautiful, messy balance of work, play, and parenting. Becky brings a creative eye to everything we do from product to packaging — while Mike brings a deep love for quality & building something meaningful from the ground up.
We started Bailey+Co with a simple idea: pets deserve the same love, care, and quality that we give our family. That idea is at the heart of everything we do and we’re so proud to share it with you.
