Our Bailey+Co Delivery Policy is designed to be as simple as it is to feed your pet with our delicious and nutritious food!

The below information details everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Please note we are currently only delivering to customers in New Zealand. If you live in another country and are interested in our food, please contact us here.

Free standard shipping on orders over $59

For all metro orders over $59 within New Zealand, there is no charge for standard shipping.

Standard shipping times:

• Arrives on the next working day for North Island deliveries.
• Arrives in two working days for South Island deliveries.

Orders must be placed before 2pm.

Rural deliveries:

There is a flat-rate charge of $5.00 for rural deliveries in New Zealand.

Other delivery options

Signature required ($2.00 per delivery)
To ensure your order gets delivered to you promptly, our courier drivers will leave your package at your door (or somewhere you have specified during the checkout process) so long as it seems seems safe and secure if left unattended. If you’d rather sign for your package tick the ‘signature required’ option in the checkout process. There is a small courier admin fee of $2.00 for this service.

Saturday delivery ($8.50 per shipment)
When you place an order before 2pm on a Friday, you can elect to have this delivered that Saturday for a fee of $8.50. Great for last-minute orders when your food is running out! Saturday delivery is only available in metro New Zealand areas.

Order tracking

You can track your Bailey+Co order anytime by accessing your Account on our website.

When your order has been shipped from our warehouse we will also send you a confirmation email.

If you think your delivery should have arrived and you have not received it, please do get in touch with us (make sure you provide your order number) and we will chase your order up straight away.
